The lifting of the NSW Government’s restrictions to Community Sport, Football NSW is pleased to provide its Return to Play Guidelines.
These Guidelines, together with a COVID-19 Safety Plan template, are designed to assist Associations and clubs to provide a healthy and safe environment for their players, coaching staff, members and spectators.
The COVID-19 Safety Plan is provided in a format that allows clubs and other organisations to amend and adopt as they see fit, enabling them to individualise it and make it specific to their size and venue layout.

Football for all ages in NSW is set to resume from 1st July 2020 following the NSW Government’s confirmation this morning and such the Campbelltown Collegians FC will return to training from June 8, 2020.
Acting Minister for Sport The Hon. Dr. Geoff Lee announced that senior football players will join youth in being able to commence contact training and matches from 1 July 2020.
All coaches and managers have been advised that training can begin from next Monday, 8 June 2020. If you haven’t been contacted by your coach or manager, please touch base with them to confirm your training time (as some start and end times have been adjusted slightly) and training location (strict areas have been created and must be adhered to).
To minimise the human traffic in the large fenced area, I would ask that players, coaches and managers are the only people inside the fenced area and all parents/guardians remain outside the fenced area. Please do not congregate to one area and I would encourage you to choose a space outside the fenced area closest to where your child is training.
Whilst the club has ordered supplies of hand sanitiser, we would also encourage all players to bring along their own personal supply. This is especially important for those groups training prior to 6pm as there may not be a committee member onsite with the club supplies until after that time. I may make arrangements to supply 1 refillable bottle of hand sanitiser for the early training teams so the coach can always bring it along.
It should also be noted that all participants need to sign onto an attendance sheet. Coaches and managers have been supplied with a copy but I will have spares and can assist in the correct completion of these (download link below also).
As our clubhouse is still currently standing, the ladies toilets will be open on training nights after 6:00 PM, however it is highly advised that to minimise the spread, that these should be used minimally (try telling that to a 6 year old with a full bladder!!).
